• Contact form — name, email address, subject and the content of the message you choose to send. Purpose: to reply to your request. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps or contact requested by the data subject.
• Newsletter — email address. Purpose: to send EspetroLink news. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time; after unsubscribing, the email address is deleted.
• Minimal technical data — information strictly necessary for the website to function and for infrastructure security (e.g., server access logs). Purpose: operation and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not ask for — nor do we want to receive — health data, diagnoses, clinical information or data about minors. The contact form includes a notice asking you not to send sensitive information.

Contact messages are kept only for the time needed to handle the request and, at most, for 12 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. The newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe — after unsubscribing, it is deleted. Your cookie preference is stored only in your browser.

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers essential to the website’s operation (hosting and, if used, a form service), always with appropriate data protection safeguards.

If any service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, EspetroLink ensures that such transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

You may exercise, at any time, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as withdraw any consent given, without affecting the prior processing. To do so, send an email to geral@espetrolink.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
